What payment forms do you accept?

            We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I pay in my local currency?

            All prices are listed in AUD. You can change the currency through the bottom navigation menu. In most circumstances you can check out in your local currency.

Do you do custom orders?

            Yes! Please get in touch here and we will do all we can to meet your requirements.

Can I purchase something as a gift?

            Yes, if course you can! Please get in touch here immediately after you make your order to let us know it is a gift.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How soon can I expect my order to be shipped?

            As all of our products are made to order lead times do apply. Please check our shipping page to find out our current lead time.

Do you ship internationally?

            Yes we currently ship to New Zealand, United States, Canada and United Kingdom. We are always looking to expand our reach, if your country is not listed please contact us and we will endeavour to find a shipping solution for you.

How much does shipping cost?

            Shipping is free for Australian orders over $150 AUD, or alternatively;

Domestic Shipping (Within AUS)

Standard (Tracked) Shipping – $8.95

Express (Tracked) Shipping – $11.95

International shipping

New Zealand - $18 AUD

United States - $25 AUD

Canada - $25 AUD

United Kingdom - $25 AUD

We take no responsibility for any customs fees or duties payable on international orders. It is up to the customer to pay any such fees.

Will my item be tracked?

            Yes if you have selected one of our tracked shipping options it will, once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details.

Do you offer free shipping?

            Yes we do! Australian orders over $150 AUD are eligible for free shipping.

 Do you accept returns?

            Unfortunately as all of our products are made to order we do not accept returns. Please take extra care when ordering and refer to our sizing guide to avoid any disappointment.

What if my product is faulty?

            We carefully inspect every item prior to shipping however, in the unlikely circumstance you receive a product and believe it is defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. After this period any damage to products will be considered wear and tear.

My pet has damaged my product, can it be returned?

            We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for any products damaged by your pet. It is up to you to monitor your pets while they are wearing our products.

 

CARE

How can I clean my pieces?

            We recommend spot cleaning with mild washing detergent by hand. To dry, lay flat in the shade to air dry. If any items get wet we recommend rinsing them in fresh cold water immediately and air-drying in the shade with any buckles undone. We do not advise machine washing or tumble drying.

How do I best take care of the hardware?

            Our hardware is made from tough zinc-alloy however it is not indestructible or scratch proof. If the hardware comes into contact with salt water we recommend immediately rinsing in fresh cold water followed by air-drying undone in the shade.
